gcloud alpha dns record-sets transaction start - start a transaction
gcloud alpha dns record-sets transaction start --zone=ZONE, -z ZONE [--transaction-file=TRANSACTION_FILE; default="transaction.yaml"] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]
(ALPHA) This command starts a transaction.
To start a transaction, run:
$ gcloud alpha dns record-sets transaction start --zone=MANAGED_ZONE
- --zone=ZONE, -z ZONE
Name of the managed zone whose record sets you want to manage.
- --transaction-file=TRANSACTION_FILE; default="transaction.yaml"
Path of the file which contains the transaction.
These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account, --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early access allowlist. These variants are also available:
$ gcloud dns record-sets transaction start
$ gcloud beta dns record-sets transaction start
