gcloud alpha source repos create - create a cloud source repository
gcloud alpha source repos create REPOSITORY_NAME [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]
(ALPHA) This command creates a named git repository for the currently active Google Cloud Platform project.
To create a named repository in the current project issue the following commands:
$ gcloud init
$ gcloud alpha source repos create REPOSITORY_NAME
Once you push contents to it, they can be browsed in the Developers Console.
- REPOSITORY_NAME
Name of the repository. May contain between 3 and 63 (inclusive) lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens. Must start with a letter, and may not end with a hyphen.
These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account, --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.

This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early access allowlist. These variants are also available:
$ gcloud source repos create
$ gcloud beta source repos create
