gcloud compute commitments update - update Compute Engine commitments
gcloud compute commitments update COMMITMENT [--auto-renew] [--region=REGION] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]
Update Compute Engine commitments.
To enable auto renewal on a commitment called commitment-1 in the us-central1 region, run:
$ gcloud compute commitments update commitment-1 --auto-renew \ --region=us-central1
- COMMITMENT
Name of the commitment to update.
- --auto-renew
Enable auto renewal for the commitment.
- --region=REGION
Region of the commitment to update. If not specified, you might be prompted to select a region (interactive mode only).
To avoid prompting when this flag is omitted, you can set the compute/region property:
$ gcloud config set compute/region REGION
A list of regions can be fetched by running:
$ gcloud compute regions list
To unset the property, run:
$ gcloud config unset compute/region
Alternatively, the region can be stored in the environment variable CLOUDSDK_COMPUTE_REGION.
